With Devin's Point Scoring and Rebounding explosion this week, the accolades are now starting to come in. The Big East saw fit to name him as player of the week. With that nomination his name was placed into consideration for the Oscar Robertson Player of the Week. As a nominee he is placed in the player of the year nominations for this prestigious award. It is hosted by the Blue Ribbon College Basketball Yearbook, the most comprehensive college basketball publication in the world. Anyway, some nice pub for Devin and this institution.
Additionally the team was named National Team of the Week by ESPN's Andy Katz.
